Delete Account and Data Request

In accordance with applicable laws and Google Play policy requirements, SheSay provides users with a way to delete their account and personal data. You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

1. How to Request Deletion

You can submit a deletion request through either of the following methods:

• Method 1 (recommended): In the App, go to "Account" and use the "Delete Account" option, then follow the on-screen instructions.
• Method 2: Send an email to postmaster@xn--1uss88i.com with the subject "Delete Account", and include the email address you used to register so we can verify your identity.

2. Scope of Data Deletion

Once your deletion request is verified, we will delete all data associated with your account, including but not limited to:

• Account information (email, password, nickname, avatar);
• Content you have published (posts, reports, comments, updates, etc.);
• Images you have uploaded (gallery, post images, comment images, etc.);
• Interaction data (likes, favorites, follows, etc.);
• Chat messages (tea room messages).

3. Processing Time

We will complete the deletion within 7 business days after receiving and verifying your request. Once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.

4. Retention of Certain Data

Where required by law, or for legitimate purposes such as protecting public safety, we may retain certain necessary information in accordance with applicable regulations, but it will not be used for other purposes.
