SheSay Terms of Service

Welcome to SheSay ("the App", "we", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App and its related services. By downloading, installing, registering, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least the age required by applicable law to enter into a binding agreement, and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are a minor, you must use the App only with the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.

2. About the Service

SheSay is a community app for women to share their lives and discoveries. The App allows you to:

• Post daily moments to share the joy of everyday life;
• Publish reports to record what you have seen and learned;
• Join Tea Rooms to meet people who share your interests.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features, you must register an account with a valid email address or phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

• Post, share, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
• Post, share, or distribute any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE) — this is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination;
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Upload viruses or malicious code, or interfere with the operation or security of the App;
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. Content Standards

You are solely responsible for the content you post, publish, or share through the App. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you post.

6. Content Moderation and Removal

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, moderate, remove, or refuse to display any content that violates these Terms or our policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms. You may report inappropriate content using the in-app reporting feature.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
