SheSay ("the App") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use the App, and how you can manage that information. Please read this policy carefully before using the App.

We only collect information necessary to provide our services:

• Account information: the phone number or email address you provide during registration or login, and the password you set.
• Profile information: nickname, avatar, and other details you voluntarily provide.
• User content: posts (daily moments, reports), comments, images, and photos uploaded to your gallery.
• Interaction data: your likes, favorites, and follows.
• Device and log information: device model, operating system version, and crash logs collected to keep the service stable and secure.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide registration, login, authentication, and account security;
• To display your content and support community features;
• To perform content moderation and maintain community standards;
• To troubleshoot issues and improve our products and services.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored in the encrypted cloud database provided by Supabase, and all data transmission is protected with TLS encryption. We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We may share your information only in the following necessary circumstances:

• SMS verification: verification messages are sent through Twilio (integrated via Supabase);
• Content moderation: images you upload may be submitted to Alibaba Cloud for content safety detection;
• Legal requirements: where required by law, government authorities, or to protect public safety and legitimate rights.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, and to delete your account. You can update your email and password in the "Account" section of the App. After account deletion, we will delete the personal information associated with your account.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. After you delete your account or content, we will delete or anonymize the relevant information, unless otherwise required by law.

The App is intended for adults. If you are a minor, please use the App only with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian, and ask your guardian to read this policy carefully.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For significant changes, we will notify you within the App. The updated policy takes effect on the date it is published.
